Dealership Media Manager

The Dealership Media Manager, or DMM for short, is a user friendly windows based program designed to help ease the burden of media management which lies on the shoulders of today's dealership management staff. Our easy to use DMM client program can be installed on any reasonably current PC running a Windows9x operating system.

The DMM will allow staff to create and maintain a centralized electronic inventory of all vehicles on your lot. The specifics of every vehicle can be archived though this easy to use interface. This information can then be exported as window stickers, customer hand-outs, or sent directly to a third party media group(i.e.: autotrader.com). Perhaps the most powerful function of the DMM, is the ability to export vehicle information directly to your own dealership Website - this is the perfect solution for internet advertising, and an easily maintainable on-line vehicle inventory.

A Quick Tour...

The speed buttons at the top of the window deliver all major functions for increased efficiency. From here you can print a window sticker for a given car, or update your entire Website inventory with the click of a button!

Your current inventory summary is displayed in list format. From here you can add & remove vehicles, or update their details.

Just select any vehicle to view or change the related detailed information. The page-by-page vehicle information forms allow for quick access and changes to make, model, engine specs, mileage, options, colors, etc.

You can use the DMM to build a repository of images for each make/model that can then be accessed and reused for distribution to different mediums.

Each Vehicle also has it's own 'distribution list' which specifies the specific media(s) that should be used for advertising. For example, if you were to 'check' the Website option on the list, that particular vehicle would automatically be included in any updates to your Website.
